For 10 years, becash SA has supported its merchant customers by offering them simple and reliable payment terminals. With the rise of its services, the company went from being a simple terminal supplier to a true partner offering complete payment solutions. However, its branding remained focused on the terminal: the global offer was not structured or promoted enough, and the promise of local proximity, responsiveness and technical requirements was struggling to shine through.
